All-in-One 'Styled Maternity' package offers Maternity Photography Session, Dress Rentals with a Stylist, in-home Hair & Makeup Artist and Pickup & Drop off Service. When all photos are taken, we create a beautiful photo book album along with customized wall frames for your living room. Please follow our easy Step-by-Step Guidelines to continue our Journey together.
* Before the Shoot *
1. Pick a Date & Time
Pick a date and time. Book Early! Our recommendation to get your desired preferences is at least 3-4 weeks in advance. We will monitor the weather until the morning of the session date. Don’t worry, if it rains or is too windy, we will reschedule for the next available day. You can reserve a date on our website online. We also offer a complementary consultation via Zoom or Phone so we can get to know each other better, please schedule your consultation by clicking HERE.
2. Sign Our Digital Legal Agreement & Pay Deposit to Lock Your Date
Once you pick a date and time, you will get a Booking Agreement in your email. Read and sign the agreement and pay your non-refundable deposit online. This means that you are locking in the date. Remaining Balance is due on Session Date.
3. Pick Location
You will be able to read about our top 5 locations in the Bay Area along with some example photos. Simply pick one location from the list that you like, or we can come up with our own location that is not on the list as well.
4. Connect with Dress Rentals & Makeup Artist
We will connect you to our Maternity Dress rentals & Stylist and she will help you choose two final dresses among all 200+ dresses she has. Most dresses are designed to be wrapped around your body and fit in easily even if the size is a little off. It won’t show from the pictures. The dresses will be delivered to us, and we will bring your dresses to our photoshoot. Feel free to bring your own outfits to the shoot as well. After you pick final three dresses, we will guide your partner's outfits to make sure it will photograph well with the dresses you picked.
We will also send out a group texts with your Hair & Makeup Artist so you can share the look with her. Your artist will advise you and answer any questions for you.
5. Finalize & Day Before
We will schedule a meeting vis Zoom, Phone or Texts to finalize everything before our photoshoot. We will make adjustments during that call if needed.
* On the Shoot Day*
6. Welcome Your Hair and Makeup Artist at Your Prefered Location
We will coordinate your Hair and Makeup Artist in advance so you can get ready and then drive to the designatedphoto shoot location on time. Due to Covid-19, it's ok if you want her to stay in the patio area instead of coming in to your home, she will be wearing a face shield and a mask during makeup and hair.
7. Enjoy Your Photo Shoot!
We will meet at the location and take our time, no rush, and slow it down. Mama, you are already working so hard. Bring water and snacks so you don’t get too tired. Feel free to bring your favorite music to our photo shoot. Think of your photoshoot as a nice picnic day at a beautiful location with your loved one celebrating love.

7. Receive Online Gallery in Your Email Inbox
Our turnaround time is 3 weeks. You will be able to download all edited high resolution images from a private online gallery or share that gallery with your extended family members. You're welcome to pick your 20 favorite images for advanced edits. Advanced edits will include deep skin cleansing and body adjustments, etc.
8. Receive a Photo Album & Wall Frames (Add-on)
We will make a high-end hard cover photo album for you with those 25 images you picked as your favorite. The photo album size is 8 x 8.
We will make custom frames to perfectly fit your living room wall. Our standard size is 16 x 24. However, if you desire to customize more albums and frames, we will send you a link where you can customize your own design and purchase with our discount code.
